Arthor is the Gym Leader of Taurondo City's Gym, known officially as the Taurondo Gym. He specializes in Bug-type Pokémon. He gives the Antenna Badge to Trainers who defeat him.
Before battle- "FWOOSH!! Ah, so you made it all the way here to me. I suppose you earned yourself the right to battle me. My name is Arthor, the leader of this Gym and Bug-type specialist. Don't think you can win this battle by merely throwing flames or stones at us. Let us begin."
