Rotom was playing with toy trains in the living room, while Dragonet was asleep with her daughters.
Elizabeth was watching the news.
Reporter: Team Rocket has apparently launched an attack on Goiky.
Rotom zapped Dragonet with Thunderbolt so she woke up and didn't miss the news.

Rotom: Anyways, look on the news! Team Rocket's attacking Goiky!

When they got to Goiky, they saw Team Rocket.

Suddenly, a net grabs Milky from her mommy.
