Bill is the creator of the Pokémon Storage System and a mjor ally in Pokemon Adventures.
History[]
Red, Blue, and Green Arc[]
Bill first appeared being attacked by a Fearow. Red managed to save him, and Bill allowed Red to use his Storage System at any time. Bill later helped Red find an Eevee so the latter could fight Erika, and later observed the aforementioend fight. Soon, Bill was one of the spectators of the Pokémon League Championship.
