Trivia

  • Bladeux, along with Pixiun and Battrois, have primary types that create a type triangle (although an imperfect one).

Origin

Bladeux is based on the Greek god Hermes. Its appearance mainly resembles roosters, birds associated with him.

Name origin

Bladeux is derived from "blade", referring to its Steel typing, and "deux", which is French for "two" and an indicator that it is the first in the group of New Legendary Birds. The French names are a reference to the Spanish numbers in the Kantonian Legendary BIrds' names.

Metaru is literally "metal", a reference to its typing.
