Blotess is a Grass/Ground-type Pokemon that was made by Slk Mugen for Generation ST. It evolves from Ilquet at level 36, and is one of three final stages of the Sliktopian starters, the others being Wotseer and Humstaron. It has a Mega Evolution called Mega Blotess and it requires the "Blotesite" to work.
Blotess are very hungry creatures. However, unlike Snorlax, they generally help trainers instead of blocking them, and Blotess are actually pretty smart. It has several wheel like feet pads which allow for mobility. It generally prefers to live in Forests as a sort of guardian. It has a piranha plant on each side of it's head that helps get rid of bugs. This also explains why it can learn several biting moves. It also has a flower in the center of it's stomach that is very spiky to touch.
Blotess' signature move, Earth Burst, deals damage based on it's HP stat, but unlike Final Gambit, it doesn't knock you out after you use it.

Blotess and it's pre-evolution Ilquet were going to be Grass/Dark-type. However, due to it's innocent deminer, it was retyped to the current Grass/Ground-typing.
