Dimetrus (Toshikokai) is one of the fictional species of Pokémon creatures to appear in a gallery by MagesPages. The purpose of Dimetrus in the games*, anime* and manga*, as with all other Pokémon, is to battle both wild Pokémon, untamed creatures encountered while the player passes through various environments, and tamed Pokémon owned by Pokémon trainers.
The name Dimetrus is a portmanteau of Dimetrodon

Dimetrus use its fins to control currents. This way they can travel faster in water so they don't need to enter land. Dimetrus swims over into whirlpools to evolve. It is said that dimetrus does not like to evolve.
