Elizabeth caught Drigano as a Kibbelgo in the Safari Zone. He was afraid of people but once he was captured, he wasn't anymore. However, he refused to obey Elizabeth.
In Kibbelgo The Matchmaker!, Kibbelgo wouldn't stop taunting Rotom about its relationship with Ditto and refused to listen when Elizabeth told him to stop. When he battled Team Rocket later, he still wouldn't obey and evolved into Drigano despite Elizabeth not wanting him to.
In A Drigano Turnaround!, Drigano lost a battle against a Trainer and ran off out of shame. After a long talk from Elizabeth, he began to respect her and became obedient.
In Angelift's Big Adventure!, he is shown to be rather prudish after seeing what Angelift did. He has a tendency to imitate Elizabeth's actions.
Personality and characteristics
Drigano is a very arrogant Pokémon and likes to taunt people and Pokémon about things they don't like to talk about, such as Rotom's relationship with Ditto. He often pops out of his Poké ball just to do this.
However, after obeying her, he seems to have a much calmer personality and is more respectful of others, like Rotom. He seems to develop a rivalry with Elizabeth's Goodra.
He speaks in a German accent.

His German accent causes some Pokémon to call him "Hitler" which he sees as extremely derogatory.
