Galar Arc[]
The Gym Challenger Exhibition Tournament[]
Looker first appeared in the hallway during Hop’s match with Bede as his Lou Karr alias, attacking Erick with his Croagunk. After being defeated by Erick, despite his use of “Secret Gear”, Looker threw down a smoke bomb and ran away.
Looker then momentarily appears in the stands during Erick’s match with Bede, distracting him for a split second.
The Gym Challenge: Minor League[]
After Erick catches Corsy and debates going after Macro Cosmos, Looker appears before him, telling him that going after Macro Cosmos would be futile, since the corporation is untouchable. He then disappears after throwing down a smoke bomb.
Later, in the other Galar Mine, he appears after Erick’s Corsola attacks Macro Cosmos workers, and is tricked into revealing his status as an International Police agent. After informing Erick that he’ll meet with him again, he disappears.

Looker carries a set of technological ”International Police Gear”, which he uses in and out of Pokémon battles. While in his Lou Karr alias, it is known as “Secret Gear”.
Secret Gear[]
Lou Karr carries a variety of Secret Gear items. So far, only two have been shown.
- International Police Gear No. 1: Extendable Arm: This device seems to be a fake arm that can concealed in the arm of a coat. It is spring-loaded, and can launch and perform a variety of tasks such as throwing Poké Balls and hitting people.
- International Police Gear No. 2: Smoke Bomb: This device seems to be a circular grey pellet full of dust. Upon impact, the ball breaks open, releasing the dust, which turns into smoke.
