Giorgio is a bounty hunter who is aligned with team galactic. His goal is arrest team galactic's enemies for a hefty price. He only appears in the Pokémon fan novel Pokémon Platinum: Galactic's conquest. He planned to arrest Lucas and his girlfriend Dawn who was Prof. Rowan's assassistant however he was chased off by looker. He also appears in Galactics Eterna City hideout where he and a galactic grunt does battle against Dawn and Lucas but he lost. He is then tortured to death by Mars.
