In Fighting Cheers a Dream, it wanted to evolved into a Raichu. In wish your true dream,Gene asks Kiara to wish that pichu as a pikachu to become a Raichu, she said yes and appear to actually wish it back into a Pichu. Gene got shocked and Kiara told him that she will never evolve her Pichu again.
As a Pichu (again)[]
Unaware of its Appearance, Pichu was seen happy and calm until when it saw it’s reflection in the Mirror, Making it upset that it didn’t become a Raichu as it expected, but rather it devolved back as a Pichu. It also started a rivalry with Kiara’s Eelektross due to taking his thunderstone. In My Friend hates Me, Pichu started to Disobey Kiara due to it thinking she Likes Eelektross more then him. In A Pichu Friend Forever, Kiara said that she still likes it and will forever love it, it started to obey her right after.
In Pichu is Pichu Forever, Kiara saw that Pichu was beginning to evolve again, Kiara stopped it, but it started to glow again later on, and was worried that he may let it happen once again, but this time, Pichu was using Thunderbolt on itself which it learned recently to stop the evolution process, seeing how much he cared for Kiara, thrilled by Pichu's decision, she gave Pichu an Everstone to prevent it from happening again, permanently staying a Pichu, he even learned Play Rough during a battle with a Sliggoo.
Pichu met with Venusaur who had evolved prior, as he remembered him when he was a tired Ivysaur the last time he saw him, since he evolved, Venusaur was a bodyguard to him due to Pichu being small, he would sometimes ride on board the Seed Pokmemon due to his large size.
