Kyouan Mantine - Elegant Flier Pokemon - They are better fliers than the Mantine from Johto and as such can actually be seen flying high above the waves.
A school of Kyouan Mantine flying through the air at dawn is considered to be one of the most beautiful sights one can see.
They usually mind their own business and leave people and most Pokemon alone, but they have a longstanding feud with Golisopod, due to it going after their young, and they are often seen clashing with it.
