Phione is a Pokémon that is taken care of by Elizabeth Storybook. It has not been caught by her, and therefore she does not officially own it.

History[]
Phione first appeared in the episode Fast Asleep. After Team Skull kidnapped Rotom and took it all the way to Sinnoh, Elizabeth and Manaphy went to Team Galactic HQ to get it back.
After it was saved, while the group was about to teleport back, a Phione jumped out of a nearby pond and asked Manaphy to be its mentor. Elizabeth offered to let it come along with them, and it happily accepted. It has traveled with her ever since.
Personality and characteristics[]
Phione is somewhat naive, as it always awestruck when a Pokémon starts to evolve, much like a curious child. Like Manaphy, it rides on Elizabeth's shoulder and likes to sleep in her backpack. It also tends to stand up for other Pokémon and will call out others for their wrongdoings, such as when the professor accidentally entered the bedroom while Rotom wasn't in its Pokédex (similar to how somebody would react if someone else barged in to their room when they weren't wearing any clothes), but often criticizes others for minor mistakes. It looks up to Manaphy and also sees her as its role model.
Her voice sounds like a higher pitched version of Manaphy's.
In Five Nights with Elizabeth Storybook (Game)[]
Phione starts in Elizabeth’s Room before waking up and starting to move around the house to find the player. She can easily get confused for Manaphy, which has lead several players to die to her. In one of her voice lines, she mentions the picture on this article.
