Pokémon Sand Version and Pokémon Snow Version are games created by Staraptor!RYBlaziken!. They are RPGs introducing the fifth generation of Pokémon. They are available for all of the Nintendo DS systems, including the new Nintendo 3DS. It was shown that the games have better graphics if played on the 3DS.

Plot

After obtaining the National Pokedex

  • Prof. Pine gives the player the National Pokédex and sends him/her off to the Sinnoh region.
  • After the player has met Prof. Rowan, he/she can challenge Gyms in Sinnoh and enter the Sinnoh Pokémon League.The player can battle the Gym Leaders in any order.

  • Looker appears after the player has collected all the Sinnoh Gym Badges.. He can be found in front of the Pokémon Center in Jubilife City. After the player has entered the Sinnoh Hall of Fame, he can be battled on Fridays.
Looker
  • After the player beats the Sinnoh Pokémon League and enters the Sinnoh Hall of Fame, he/she can go to Spear Pillar to battle Hilbert.
Hilbert
    • After the player defeats Hilbert, he/she can also battle these Trainers at Spear Pillar: Red, Leaf, Ethan, Lyra, Brendan, May, Lucas, and Dawn. One of these Trainers appears randomly everyday. The kinds of Pokémon the Trainers use depends on what region they are from. (NOTE: Red is the hardest of the Trainers while Dawn is the easiest.)

  • After the player defeats the Veilstone Gym and has earned the Cobble Badge, Team Galactic appears. Battling Team Galactic is totally optional.

  • After the player enters the Sinnoh Hall of Fame, he/she can also battle the Team Rocket Boss, Giovanni, who is located behind the Galactic Headquarters in Veilstone City. After defeating him, he gives you the Earth Badge (which is put in the Key Items pocket of the player's Bag instead of the player's Trainer Case) and disappears. Giovanni can be battled again at the same location after the player has entered the Sinnoh Hall of Fame again.
Giovanni
  • After the player has entered the Sinnoh Hall of Fame and has gotten these Pokémon (Magnezone, Lickilicky, Rhyperior, Tangrowth, Electivire, Magmortar, Togekiss, Yanmega, Leafeon, Glaceon, Gliscor, Mamoswine, Porygon-Z, Gallade, Probopass, Dusknoir, and Froslass) added to his/her Pokédex, more Pokémon start appearing in Janno and Sinnoh.
