existing native Pokémon population. The Ryora Region is a popular destination for trainers due to it's diverse population of Pokémon as well as it own Pokémon League, the Ryora National Trainer's League or the RNTL for short. The Ryora Region isn't all peace and quiet however, for as long as anyone can remember warring factions known as Team Aura, which aims to protect the Ryora Region, and Team Zero whose intentions are to naturally, as an evil organization, to take over Ryora and carry out their own deeds. Town/Cities

Fresh Town: A small village located in western Ryora. It is the home of renowned Pokémon professor, Professor Cedar who primarily studies both legendary and ancient Pokémon.

Hillrest Town: A small town that sits on the top of many rolling hills.

Gale City: A large and rather spooky city, it is known as one of the most haunted places to live. The first gym, which specializes in Ghost-type Pokémon is located here.

Central City: A futuristic city with many skyscrapers and buildings, home to the second gym which specializes in Steel-type Pokémon is located here.

Underfinn Town: A calm town built in which the people are known to live inside of caverns and caves.

Coastbelt City: An aquatic city that is said to be below sea level, naturally it's gym specializes in Water-type Pokémon.

Bellinburg City: A very strange yet historic place based off of ancient medevial themes and cultures. It's gym specializes in Psychic-type Pokémon.

Kanpen Town: An average town known for Pokémon sports and athletics. It's gym specializes in Fighting-type Pokémon.

Robursu City: A city located in the middle of a wasteland, it's conditions are known to be barely liveable and many of it's citizens have moved out. The last remaining people within the town are the gym leader and not many others, the gym within the town specializes in Ground-type Pokémon.

Saito Town: A small village known for it's proud population, it's gym specializes in Dark-type Pokémon.

Rasuto City: A large city known for it's many entertainment districts. It's gym specializes in Grass-type Pokémon.

Areas of Interest

King's Jungle: An expansive tropical jungle home to many different kinds of Pokémon. It separates Gale City from Central City.

Ring Canyon: A canyon that is oddly shaped like a ring from it's exterior to it's interior, The caverns and caves in which make up Underfinn Town are said to stretch into the canyon.

Mt. Lookout: A very tall mountain range that is home to different kinds of Pokémon, nobody has been known to ever reach it's peak alive.

Lake Royal: A calm and peaceful lake that is home to different kinds of water-type Pokémon as well as different kinds of Pokémon living within near it's shores.

Lone Tower: A mysterious tower in between Kanpen Town and Rubursu City, it is said to be the home of a great Pokémon master.

Trainer's Outpost: A spot in which many trainers gather to battle, trade, and do other Pokémon-related things such as contest as well. It resembles that of a busy marketplace on the street and has many shops within it as well.

Henteko Island: A small island located off the coast of the mainland, it is known for it's mysterious history.

Ren'ai Island: Another island located off the coast of the mainland, it is the ultimate romance spot within the region.

Karafuru Island: One of the most colorful places within the region, it is known for it's many geographical features and climates which allows it to support many different species of Pokémon.

Getsuei Island: A mysterious island, it is always night on this island and the sun never shines.

Tayou Island: An island full of sea ports, small towns, and villages, at the center of it is a large volcano.

Victory Road: The road that trainers travel to reach the Pokémon League, every region has one.

Ryora Nationals Stadium: A large structure filled with many different battle arenas. It is the headquarters of the RNTL as well as the site of the Pokémon League competition within Ryora.

Battle Frontier: Ryora has it's own Battle Frontier, the location is however only revealed to top participants in the Pokémon League tournament.

Routes

The region of Ryora has exactly sixteen routes, numbered 1-16.
