The wielder summons Thunderstorm onto the field, which lasts until another weather move/ability or Clear Sky/Airlock/Cloud Nine come into play.
Outside of battle[]
This ability does not function on the map on its own; however, some routes may have this weather on it randomly except in the winter. Particularly strong storms may also have Electric Terrain on them as well.
