High-Jump-Snap[]

High-Jump-Snap, or just HJS is a specialty move taught to most gallifreyyan children at The Academy for self-defense. The user throws the target in the air with immense strength, jumps up with them, punches them on both weak points on the sides of the head and neck, then kicks them onto the ground in their stomach, injuring the brain and snapping their neck. If this move is used outside of self-defense or war, it can result in criminal charges.
