Silver is a new Pokemon Trainer who is from the town of New Bark Town, Johto. He is a character in the series HGSS: Johto League Adventure. He wants to be the Johto League Champion as well as Lucas does. As a result, he and Lucas are pure rivals.

Totodile is Silver's Johto starter. Professor Elm relunctantly gave this Pokemon to him. Although Totodile is just a Basic evolution, it is very powerful. It has a good Water Gun, as well as other moves like Scratch, Rage, and Crunch.

During the episode openings of Season 1: ---, a Zubat was shown with Silver and his other Pokemon. It is unknown what gender is it, or what moves it will have. However, in the openings, Zubat was shown using Wing Attack.
