The Pokémon Black & White Masters series is a series of stories written by VictoryStar. The series will follow a new Trainer who is on an adventure in the new Unova region. After he completes his journey in Unova, he visits other regions in order to help out with Professor Juniper's research.

These are the main characters in the series.
- Hilbert Black - Hilbert is a 13-year-old boy from Nuvema Town, Unova. He is younger than his friends Cheren and Bianca. After he received a Snivy from Professor Juniper, along with Bianca and Cheren, he and his friends became new Pokémon Trainers. He is challenging Gyms in Unova, hoping to enter the Unova Pokémon League and become the Champion.
- Cheren Lawrence - After he, Hilbert, and Bianca got Pokémon from Professor Juniper, 13-year-old Cheren left Nuvema Town with his Tepig and became a Pokémon Trainer. He is a good friend of Hilbert and Bianca's, and he is also their rival Trainer.
- Bianca Florence - Bianca is 14 years old, making her the older than Hilbert and Cheren. She once had a dream to become a Pokémon Contest Coordinator, but after she realized Unova didn't hold Contests, she settled to become a Trainer who battles to get in the Unova League. She chose an Oshawott from the package Professor Juniper set to her and her friends Hilbert and Cheren.
Trivia[]
- Originally, the story had Hilbert choosing a Tepig, Cheren choosing an Oshawott, and Bianca choosing a Snivy. But this changed to Hilbert having Sinivy, Cheren having Tepig, and Bianca.
- Before the series began, the author revealed that Hilbert will have a Drillbur and a Deerling. These ideas were changed. Hilbert will get a Ground-type Pokémon (most likely a Sandile) and will not get Deerling since he will already have a Grass-type on his team.
