Tin is a Magnemite from southwestern Unova in the Unified States, and an officer that serves in the Aevaroen Security Police at the rank of Brigadier. He is of the same rank as Copper, his partner and best friend; is subordinate to Brihlzend, and outranks Clacq.

History

Early Work

"Not working hard enough?! I had to load those last sixteen crates alone, and not one of them helped me!!! Yet you tell me that I am not working hard enough?! You people just keep getting lazier every day, and you especially have been ungrateful. You can forget about having me load any more of them tomorrow!" - Tin confronting his boss at the Virbank Complex, and resigning

Tin once worked at the Virbank Complex, hauling crates and other heavy containers around to be shipped overseas or stored away. He took his job seriously, but did not like it, harbouring increasing resentment toward his coworkers, that had him doing a lot of the work. Eventually, he complained to his boss - a foreman from Castelia City, and after a confrontation, he quit.

Law Enforcement

Years later, he would travel to Aevaroen. There, he joined Sheriff Magnezone's police force in Treasure Town around the same time as his Galarish counterpart Copper.

Personality and traits

Tin has a tin colour to him, as his name implies. He is also made of the element of the same name.

While not as formal as the upper-class-like Copper, he nevertheless takes his work seriously, as shown during his days at the Virbank Complex, and as an officer, being just as punctual as the others during roll call.

Abilities

Although Tin is almost twice as heavy as an average Magnemite, the flexibility of his element makes him resistant to Fighting-type attacks.

In the storyline

Tin has made frequent appearances in the storyline, being a recurring character, along with fellow officers Iron, Brihlzend, Copper, and Clacq.

In Conspiracies Abound

Tin as a Sergeant Major.

Tin appears in Part 6 onwards in the Conspiracies Abound timeline. Here, he has the rank of Sergeant Major, and is a member of the West Aevaroen Security Police. In addition, he more frequently can be seen wearing his helmet (M1) - though this also applies to the canon storyline.

Trivia

Tin speaks with a American accent heard within the northeast of the United States.
