This WAS the Technical Machine list for Tropes vs. Women in Pokémon Training.

Early in 2010, Alex attempted to debut the game on the Serebii.net forums as "Pokémon Animal, Monster, and Vampire Versions". Unfortunately, he only made it as far as revealing the Cheerlene line and some other basic stuff before bowing out due to criticism, and one likely reason for that criticism was the fact that he originally intended for the games to have 200 TM's and 20 HM's!

Talk about excessive! Here was the original TM list.

TM Number Move taught Type Basis Fate/Other notes
Focus Punch Fighting Physical The existing TM 01; would become Hone Claws for Generation 5.
Razor Wind Normal Special This was TM 02 in Generation 1! Razor Wind barely even exists in the final game.
Tsunami Water Special Became a tutored move in the final.
Calm Mind Psychic Status
"??? ("Overhead Throw" in Japanese)" Fighting Physical An obvious attempt to replace Roar, the canon TM 05 at the time (previously Whirlwind in Generation 1). Didn't work out too well.
Toxic Poison Status
Hail Ice Status
Bulk Up Fighting Status
Inner Might Normal Physical Became TM 48 in the final.
Hidden Power Normal Special
Sunny Day Fire Status
Taunt Dark Status
Ice Beam Ice Special Ice Beam is demoted to a tutored move in the final.
Blizzard Ice Special
Hyper Beam Normal Special Hyper Beam was the canon TM 15 at the time. In the final, Hyper Beam is demoted to a ridiculously obscure move.
Light Screen Psychic Status
Protect Normal Status
Rain Dance Water Status
Dragon Dance Dragon Status Dragon Dance is a tutored move in the final.
Safeguard Normal Status
Frustration Normal Physical Frustration is a rather obscure level-up move in the final game, which restores Curse to TM status for the first time since Generation 2.
Solarbeam Grass Special
Knock Down Rock Physical Smack Down is demoted to level-up/breeding only in the final.
Thunderbolt Electric Special Thunderbolt is demoted to a tutored move in the final. Alex got an extreme amount of controversy for making TM 24 Volt Tackle in the final, a move that was previously available only to the Pichu line in a very specific way and is their Final Smash in the Smash Bros. games.
Thunder Electric Special
Earthquake Ground Physical
Return Normal Physical Return was demoted to a level-up/breeding exclusive move in the final, albeit not quite as obscure as Frustration.
Mirror Coat Psychic Special Mirror Coat is still a level-up-exclusive move in the final.
Psychic Psychic Special Psychic was demoted to level-up-only in the final.
Shadow Ball Ghost Special
Brick Break Fighting Physical
Counter Fighting Physical Counter was a TM in Generation 1, albeit not as TM 32, which was Double Team even back then. Alex put Counter here because, like, 90% of the fandom hates Double Team!
Reflect Psychic Status
Slime Wave Poison Special
Flamethrower Fire Special Flamethrower is a tutored move in the final.
Sludge Bomb Poison Special Sludge Bomb is level-up-only in the final.
Sandstorm Rock Status what's the name of this song? D:
Fire Blast Fire Special
Hyper Voice Normal Special Hyper Voice is not a machine or tutored move in the final at all.
Orgasm Psychic Special This move was cut altogether.
Torment Dark Status
Facade Normal Physical
Sky Attack Flying Physical Sky Attack was TM 43 in Generation 1. TM 43 in the final is Secret Power, which was the canon TM 43 at the time this list was published, but would go on to become Flame Charge in Generation 5 and wouldn't become a TM again until OR/AS, where it's TM 94.
Rest Psychic Status
Attract Normal Status TM 45 is Confuse Ray in the final because most of the fandom thinks Attract is a garbage move.
Thief Dark Physical
Skill Swap Psychic Status This was TM 48 at the time.
"??? ("Canon" in Japanese; currently has no English name)" Normal Special An incredibly useless move.
"??? ("Echo Voice" in Japanese; currently has no English name)" Normal Special Ditto.
Overheat Fire Special Overheat is a tutored move in the final.
"??? ("Side Change" in Japanese; currently has no English name)" Normal Status Somewhat useless move as it is.
Focus Blast Fighting Special
Energy Ball Grass Special
False Swipe Normal Physical
Scald Water Special
Confuse Ray Ghost Status Confuse Ray is TM 45 in the final, which keeps this TM at its then-canon move.
Leaf Storm Grass Special Leaf Storm is a tutored move in the final. Ironically, this TM became Petal Dance.
Sky Drop Flying Physical The canon TM 58 when Generation 5 dropped, Sky Drop became reviled due to a glitch. The final's TM 58 is a move whose type didn't even exist at the time this list was published.
Endure Normal Status While Endure has been a TM multiple times, it's never sat at #59. Endure is a tutored move in the final, and is also Fighting type.
Tera Drain Grass Special Tera Drain is TM 85 in the final.
Will-O-Wisp Fire Status
Acrobatics Flying Physical
Wood Hammer Grass Physical Wood Hammer is not a TM or tutored move at all in the final.
Explosion Normal Physical
Shadow Claw Ghost Physical The final replaces Shadow Claw with a more powerful move.
Revenge Fighting Physical
"??? ("Retaliation" in Japanese)" Normal Physical Retaliate is only situationally useful.
Giga Impact Normal Physical Almost no one can learn Giga Impact at all in the final.
Agility Psychic Status At the time, the canon TM in this spot was Rock Polish. Agility became TM 27 in the final.
Baton Pass Normal Status A decision that would have no doubt been well-received by the fans if Alex had gone through with it. Baton Pass is a tutored move in the final.
Stone Edge Rock Physical
Volt Change Electric Special
Thunder Wave Electric Status
Gyro Ball Steel Physical
Swords Dance Normal Status
Quick Attack Normal Physical While its clones are seen somewhat frequently in competitive, Quick Attack itself isn't.
Psych Up Psychic Status Psyche Up was a TM in Generation 2, but the move is far too situational to be a TM again.
Extreme Speed Normal Physical "Extreme speed" is also what Alex cut this move with.
Ice Breath Ice Special The canon TM 79 when Generation 5 hit, it was doomed by its narrow distribution.
Flash Freeze Ice Status Is TM 60 in the final.
X-Scissor Bug Physical Cut from the final in favor of Megahorn becoming another TM.
Dragon Tail Dragon Physical
Helping Hand Normal Status Helping Hand is a tutored move in the final.
Gunk Shot Poison Physical Gunk Shot replaced Sludge Bomb as TM 36 in the final.
Hurricane Flying Special Hurricane is TM 63 in the final.
High Heel Kick Dark Physical HHK is TM 97 in the final.
Synthesizer Sound ???
Convection Fire Status Hot Coals is not a TM in the final, as if Stealth Rock and its ilk really needed another clone that badly!
U-turn Bug Physical
Substitute Normal Status
Flash Cannon Steel Special
Trick Room Psychic Status
Volt Tackle Electric Physical Volt Tackle is TM 24 in the final. In canon, this spot would be held by Wild Charge when Generation 5 dropped, while in the final game, it's held by Overcharge.
Overload Electric Special The final has Foresight at this slot. Since Foresight, Odor Sleuth, Miracle Eye, and the ability Scrappy were upgraded in the final to remove all type-based immunities (thus making Flying types vulnerable to Ground and Ground vulnerable to Electric), this was a wise decision.
Partner Toss ??? Physical Alex was probably scared of the concussion risk.
Iron Defense Steel Status Potential wasted opportunity.
Nasty Plot Dark Status Nasty Plot is a tutored move in the final.
Amnesia Psychic Status Alex forgot that this was a move.
Outrage Dragon Physical Outrage is TM 02 in the final.
Close Combat Fighting Physical Close Combat is a tutored move in the final, while Superpower is in this slot.
Seed Bomb Grass Physical Seed Bomb is a tutored move in the final.
Dance Beat Sound Status Had its groove thrown off, man.
Hornet Nest Bug Status Raid. Kills bugs dead!
Full Moon Dark Status Eclipsed.
Blatant Level Edit ??? ??? No one even understood what this move was supposed to be.
Cheerleading Chant Normal Status The home team lost.
Gravity Cosmic Status Gravity may be one of the most overlooked moves in canon, but making it a TM just wasn't in the cards.
Meteor Shower Cosmic Status Also eclipsed.
Thunderstorm Electric Status An awfully high number of Pokémon can learn this move by breeding in the final, which may be a relic of this move being a TM.
Trade Winds Flying Status Blown away.
Shadow Sky Ghost Status An intended Ghost-type weather move, this move is not seen in the final at all, despite the return of Shadow Pokémon.
Pollen Grass Status Was allergic to TM's.
Volcanic Ash Ground Status Didn't know its ash from a hole in the ground.
Fog Normal Status Fog was the most annoying weather condition in Generation 4. Why would you want this move in the game at all, let alone as a TM!?!
Acid Rain Dance Poison Status The TM corroded.
Pass Block Dark Status Caught doping.
Clear Mind Psychic Status A good move, but not good enough to be a TM.
Metal Dust Steel Status Became TM 84 in the final.
Pause Time Status [insert Wii crash noise here]
Magma Storm Fire Special There's only one other Pokémon besides Heatran that can learn this move in the final, and that's Snailcano. What do those two have in common?
Aeroblast Flying Special While there may be other Pokémon besides Lugia that can learn the move in the final, it's not even close to a wide-enough audience to justify a TM.
Road Rage Dark Physical Became TM 81 in the final.
Sacred Fire Fire Physical At the time it was introduced, Sacred Fire's gimmick was that it had the highest burn chance. But the very next generation introduced Will o' Wisp, and the Great Split of Generation 4 coupled with the introduction of Flare Blitz pushed this move to the back burner (no pun intended) even more. Also, Flare Blitz is a TM in the final, and Ho-Oh can learn it!
Seed Flare Grass Special While Olivrina and a few others make good use of the move in the final, Shaymin's signature is probably better left to Shaymin.
Psycho Boost Psychic Special The only other Pokémon who were good candidates for this move were, not surprisingly, those who were on Deoxys's level.
Reversal Fighting Physical By the time Generation 5 rolled around, almost no one used Reversal or Flail due to the prevalence of Sandstorm.
Weather Ball Normal Special Not many good candidates for this move.
Spacial Rend Dragon Physical Palkia was not amused.
Roar of Time Dragon Special Nor was Dialga.
Metronome Normal Status Metronome is a tutored move in the final.
Psycho Cut Psychic Physical Psycho Cut is a tutored move in the final.
Moonbeam Dark Special The advent of the Fairy type would have caused problems here.
Dark Pulse Dark Special Dark Pulse is a tutored move in the final.
Shadow Rush Ghost Physical While Shadow Pokémon returned to the game, this move didn't.
Sucker Punch Dark Physical Sucker Punch is a tutored move in the final.
Head Smash Rock Physical Head Smash is TM 80 in the final, replacing canon's Rock Slide.
Rock Wrecker Rock Physical Hyper Beam and its clones are near useless.
Recover Magic Status While a recovery move DID make it into the final, it was Roost.
Refresh Normal Status Refresh is a tutored move in the final.
Turbine Blast Electric Special Gigashock is a tutored move in the final.
Wheel of Fortune Magic Status Couldn't buy a vowel.
Super Psy Psychic Special Super Psy is TM 29 in the final, replacing Psychic.
Mind Wipe Dark Special Created just so Explosion could have a special counterpart, it was wiped off the TM list.
Pay Day Normal Physical Meowth, dat's wrong.
Lucky Chant Normal Status Jinxed.
Cross Chop Fighting Physical Chopped by all the other Fighting moves available in the final.
Middle Finger Dark Status Flipped a Brave Bird.
Rewind Time Status Be kind.
Fast Forward Time Special Became a Dark move in the final.
Alarm Clock Time Physical Smashed by Garfield.
Retro Shock Time Status Wasn't very A E S T H E T I C .
Instant Replay Time Status After reviewing the play from about 90 billion different angles, we decided that we were right the first time!
Heartbreak Dark Status Hotel not included.
Obsession Dark Status Obsessively knocked off.
Mean Look Normal Status Became a tutored move, and Dark type, in the final.
Perish Song Normal Status Ditto.
Destiny Bond Ghost Status Also became a tutored move in the final.
Tape Gag Dark Physical Mmmph.
Cleave Gag Dark Physical
Ball Gag Dark Physical
Permafrost Ice Status Who even knew what this move was supposed to do, anyway?
Suffocation Dark Physical If Horn Drill and Fissure can't be TM's again, then neither can this move.
Wet Dream Dark Status A move that was indeed all wet.
Pull In Cosmic Status Insert fat jokes here...
Repel Cosmic Status St. Clair Publications was probably being paid by the Zubat lobby to get rid of this move.
Solar Flare Fire Special Heatstroke.
Copycat Normal Status Sincerest form of flattery?
Focus Energy Normal Status Became a tutored move in the final.
Double-Edge Normal Physical Became TM 15 in the final.
Imprison Psychic Status Not really useful enough in competitive to justify a TM slot.
Crush Grip Normal Physical Couldn't get going because of its Slow Start.
Orchestra Sound Special Cue The Price is Right's Losing Horns...
Aromatherapy Grass Status Too broken to be a TM.
Laser Beam Fire Special SHOOP DA WHOOP.
Conjure Blast Magic Special Made itself disappear.
Holy Light Magic Special Hail Satan.
Draco Meteor Dragon Special In the final, Draco Meteor retains its canon status as a tutored move that can only be taught to specific Pokémon.
Decoy Toss Normal Physical Most Pokémon with a Substitute would've preferred to keep it, thank you very much.
Mudslide Ground Special Became TM 28 in the final.
Piledrive Fighting Physical Microgoombas not included.
Guitar Solo Sound Special Shredded to bits.
Orbit Cosmic ??? Insert more fat jokes here.
Autotune Sound Physical Probably cut due to trademark issues, plus Autotune is hated in real life. Why would you want it to be a move!?!
Sweat Normal Status Smelled bad.
Trenches Ground Status War is hell.
Rant Sound Physical This move was a piece of @#$%^&*()...
Big Sting Bug Physical Prototype to Fell Stinger? Well, this move fell short.
Paparazzi ??? Status Beaten down by Naomi Campbell.
Construction Steel Status A bridge to nowhere.
Power Whip Grass Physical Megahorn's forgotten cousin.
Engrish Normal ??? You are super grammar. All your base are belong to us.
Space Junk Cosmic Physical A galaxy worth of problems.
Lunar Beam Cosmic Special Since we already had Moonbeam several TM's up, exactly what this move was supposed to do is unclear.
Choir Sound Physical Glee sucks.
Time Travel Time Physical We can't all be the Doctor.
Spot Change Cosmic Status It might be fun the first few times, but then it could get out of hand.
Nature Power Normal Status Became TM 96 in the final, which it had become in canon by that point. Also became Grass type.
Star Strike Cosmic Physical "StarSTRUCK" IS the name of a Badge Power you can get in the final, but it doesn't bear a resemblance to this move.
Lightsaber Cosmic Physical George Lucas would have probably unleashed the Dark Side on us had this made it to the final. It's called the "Beam Sword" in the Smash Bros. games for a reason...
Aura Sphere Fighting Special Because "Focus Miss" hates competition.
H1 Cut Normal Physical Replaced by the Hedge Trimmers in the final.
H2 Fly Flying Physical Replaced by Callback.

H13 Dig Ground Physical Also replaced by the Callback.
H14 Teleport Psychic Status Teleport is a tutored move in the final, and its out-of-battle functionality was also replaced by the Callback.
H15 Milk Drink Normal Status Not replaced in the final per se, but there's Potions, Lemonade, Berries, Fresh Water, Energy Powder, Berry Juice, Malasadas...
H16 Secret Power Normal Physical Went back to its traditional slot of TM 43 in the final. Secret Bases do not exist in the final at all.
H17 Soft-Boiled Normal Status How many Brits and Aussies do you think pronounce it "haytch-17"?
H18 Rock Smash Fighting Physical Also replaced by the Bulldozer.
